Ed and Sarah paid over $450 a month on irrigation last year and found it unacceptable.  After the initial assessment, we returned to upgrade their timer to a Rachio 3 Wifi, repaired leaks, adjusted drip lines, repositioned sprays, and installed low flow nozzles.  These adjustments and the 36 weather skips so far this season have reduced their bill by $180/mo, yet their plants are still thriving.
