Nancy and Bob are a delightful semi-retired couple who love to garden, and are grandparents of 12 kids! As an accountant, Nancy naturally wanted to minimize utility bills, but believed that she was “pretty good with our water and doubt there’s much you can do here.” Even still, we were able to cut their use by 26%, by recalibrating toilets, repairing leaking bath spouts, and installing aerators.
